Working Principle
Colloid mill works by cutting ,grinding and high speed stirring.Rely on two teeth grinding contoured surface of relative movement,where in an adjustment rotation, a stationary one,passing through the tooth surface materials were greatly between shear and friction,while the high-frequency vibration,high role-speed vortex complex forces so that the next material effective dispersing,emulsifying,grinding,homogenization.Viscosity and fineness of the final product depends on the material handling capacity requirements .
