Vibratory polishing machine's working process involves rubbing of workpiece to be finished with suitable grinding media (ceramic, plastic, steel, etc) to realize the glossy and bright surface of workpiece.
This vibratory polishing deburring tumbler has a bowl to hold workpiece, media, water & finishing compound. The vibratory motor generates intense spiral motion of parts & media in the bowl. The relative motion between workpiece and media results in deburring, descaling, polishing and rust removing. Capacity of the bowl is 650L, suits for mass finishing.
Parts & Media Separation Section of Vibratory Deburring Polishing Tumbler
This tumbler is used when part-media separation is required. There is in-built part-media separation arrangement in this machine. At the end of the process, this machine features a mechanical flap that directs the media and parts to a separation grid with openings which the media falls and back into the bowl, the parts continue to a separate container. Separation can be achieved depending on various parameters. This type of machine should be used when part media separation is feasible by screening method.
(The hole size of screen can be customized to suit the media and parts.)
