Kafan Vibratory Tumbler is mass finishing machine, used for deburring, polishing, descaling, and surface improvement on metal and plastic components. The machine has a steel bowl lined with PU (polyurethane) material which is filled up with required media and components. PU liner is a crucial element of vibratory tumbler which is able to make thorough processing on parts, prevent damage between machine and parts and prolong machine's lifespan.
1. Vibratory tumbler with strong amplitude high cutting force is suitable for large quantities of small sized workpiece.
2. Round open bowl allows user to do random inspection during the working process at any moment.
3. Three phase vibration motor supports sufficient polishing force, makes entire and thorough finish.
4. Designed with screening section that allows 100% separating of media and parts.
5. Discharging port supports to discharge automatically, saves both time and labor cost.
