Centrifugal Barrel Deburring Machine is a high energy finishing machine that can accomplish a lot of work in a short amount of time. High g forces produced in the machine work chamber can utilize small media to access surfaces on very small parts that are difficult to finish with vibratory finishers.

Features of Centrifugal Barrel Deburring Machine

1. Electromagnetic door lock. Door cannot be raised when machine is running. Machine will not start when door is raised.
2. Control panel bolted to machine base. Panel includes variables speed drive, on/off buttons, jog button, timer. 
3. Barrel jog. Once door is raised,barrels can be jogged into position for unloading. 
4. The polyurethane (PU) imported from Japan is wear-resistant, high temperature resistant, acid and alkali resistant, long service life and easy to replace.
5. The processed parts have high precision, strong brightness, no bumps, and high efficiency, saving about 50% of processing time compared with similar products.
