SINGLE DRUM Grinder
The new, advanced design Channel Monster systems surpass all existing technologies in terms of performance, durability, maintenance costs and ease of installation. Our system, which combines rotating drum screens and a grinder, accommodates high flow rates (up to over 8454 m3/hr.)while grinding difficult solids to manageable particle sizes. New perforated drums improve capture efficiency, increase flow, prevent material wrapping and provide greater strength. The grinder rugged design achieves a higher capture rate of solids prior to grinding, leading to better protection of downstream equipment and minimizing long term maintenance costs.
