Small Bowl Vibratory Polishing Machines for Batch Processing of Parts
Small Batch Vibratory Bowl Deburring Polishing Machine is a bowl type finishing machine. The machine bowl is loaded with suitable finishing media and the components be processed. During the tumbling process, the bowl containing the mixture of tumbling media and workpieces vibrates at high speed.This vibratory motion causes the tumbling media and workpieces to rub against each other, leading to the desired surface finish. A vibratory finisher plays a critical role in the pre-finishing of metal parts, which determines their characteristics.
You can use one of our vibratory finishers for processing big quantity of small-sized mechanical parts. Apart from the regular tumbling media, you can also use pebble stones, river stones, and tiles in the vibratory finishing equipment.
