Grinding Area:
1. Area size (length * width ): 600*800mm. It suitable for grinding / polishing the flat work pieces. ( We accept custom-made .)
2. Up and Down Adjustment Range: about 20-30mm.
Application:
It is application to metal/copper/brass/zinc/allyoc/stainless steel door hinge matt/satin/mirror/fine effect polishing. It can finish different polishing steps with different abrasive wheel.
Advantage:
1. Easy adjusting height of polishing shaft by regularing adjusting rod. Clockwise adjust for higher shaft, reduce polishing pressure; anticlockwise adjust for lower shaft, fortify polishing pressure. Note: Adjust slowly in case of not enough pressure or too much pressure.
2. Easy adjustment. (Only with 6 control button to finish all the operate step! And it can adjust the grinding time according your products. )
3. With high efficient production .
It will spend from 30 seconds to 3 minutes to finish one polishing step at one time . More flexible for spoon flat (before shaped) polishing.
