Manufacturing process of steel structure H-beam:
1. Blanking
When cutting steel plates, use a CNC multi-head cutting machine (plasma multi-head straight CNC cutting machine or flame multi-head straight CNC cutting machine) to keep the cutting part flat and the cutting effect is excellent
2. Assemble
The H-beam assembly machine is specially used for the assembly of the web and the wing plate of H-beam or Box beam.
Manual spot welding or automatic spot welding can be selected.
3. Welding
The welding process should use a portal automatic submerged arc welding machine, and the column and beam connecting plates and ribbed plates should be manually welded.

5.End face milling
After the straightening of the welded section steel column and beam is completed, the end milling machine is used for flat cutting.
6. Rust removal
The H-beam needs to be derusted by Sand shot blasting machine. Shot blasting can improve the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of the steel.
7. Spray paint
Complete the quality inspection to ensure that each coating meets the process requirements.
