U-shaped double side welding automatic car, designed for the lap of U-shaped parts and flat plates. When working, the car walks on the plane of U-shaped parts, and two welding guns are used for welding at the same time, which not only improves the working efficiency, but also reduces the welding deformation.

1) The car is suitable for double side continuous welding (handover, lap) of U - shaped stiffeners. Equipped with two welding guns, controlled by the same control panel, the two welding guns just use the same welding specifications.
2) No track walking required, simple setup
3) A mechanical tracking system is used. There are guide wheels with spring telescopic mechanism on the wall and plate of U-shaped parts, which can track the weld seam flexibly
4) The bottom of the car is equipped with photoelectric sensors, which can make the car stop automatically when it is welded to the end of the U-shaped reinforcement, which is convenient for workers to operate multiple devices at the same time
5) The car can walk on the slope of less than 20 degrees and more than 10 degrees
