Automatic Intermittent or Continuous Fillet Welding Carriage is a intermittent/continuous welding automatic Carriage, which is widely used. Its outstanding characteristics are small size, light weight, convenient movement, simple use, suitable for discontinuous or continuous horizontal fillet welding structure.
Applications & Advantages
It is widely used in ships, Bridges, locomotives, steel structure, petrochemical and other industries, suitable for a variety of welding structure, such as: reinforcement plate, rib plate, cross parts of the welding, box beam welding, etc.
Its main advantages are:
1) Actual distance of welding/non-welding interval on the display screen, adjust up and down with the switch to set the distance between welding and non-welding. The distance between welding and non-welding is controlled by the motor and controller. The precision of size is high and the running speed is uniform, which can realize precision welding. The walking speed of the trolley in the non-welded state is the maximum value of Z (990mm/min).
★ Note: The self-protection circuit switch of the welder must be turned OFF ----OFF when setting and welding.
2) The handle is magnetically controlled. Moving the handle can partially reduce the magnetic force and facilitate the cleaning of iron garbage and moving cart.
3) Equipped with arc closing device, arc closing time adjustment range is 0-5S.
4)It can be welded to the left and right directions; Both ends of the car are installed with induction stop switch, the car can stop automatically after welding, easy for one worker to control multiple equipment at the same time.
5) A permanent magnet is installed to avoid the car from the welding line.
6) Small size, light weight, movement and installation are very convenient, non-skilled workers can also carry out welding.
