Machine Features:
1. The rotation of the circular seam welding workpiece installation and positioning turntable is driven by a DC speed regulating motor
2. The workpiece can be welded continuously and intermittently at any position within the fixed circle according to the prefabricated procedures.
3. The main rotating shaft is designed with water and air rotary joints, which can be connected to the workpiece starting clamp and positioning actuators on the rotating turntable according to the workpiece clamping and positioning needs at one time.
4. The tailstock of the Seam welding machine adopts a movable structure such as welding rotators, which can be adjusted at any position according to the length of the workpiece to be welded (0-400mm).
5. The advance and retreat of TIG MIG's welding torch is driven by a cylinder. The welding torch has a micro-adjustment mechanism in five directions to facilitate the orientation of the welding torch and the welding seam.
6. The control system adopts PLC control, small size, simple operation interface, convenient modification and maintenance.
