BASEMENT
Full gratings, with floor tracks and trolleys for the conveyance of heavy duty components
CABIN
- The side walls and ceiling walls are 50mm insulation rock wool panels. The groove and tongue connection design offer great convenience for the installation of the walls.
- The lights are LED lamps. Illumination is designed to be over 1,000lux.
- Plenum is 600mm high.
- There is one manual entry door at each end of the booth, for the conveyance of products before and after painting and baking by floor tracks and overhead conveyance system.
- The overhead conveyance system is assembled to the booth structure.
AIR HANDLING UNIT
The 2x11kw air make-up unit is high performance unit designed for spray booth which requires big airflow volume and high efficiency heating. Based on working power of 11kw and resistance of 600Pa to overcome, the air volume reaches as high as 35,000m3/h. It is outstanding among the many similar products. And it helps bring valuable savings in energy consumption over years of operations.
The heat exchanger is made of stainless steel. It comes with three circulation channel, which ensures large contact surface between heat and air, greatly increasing the heat exchange efficiency.
