EUS1000 EUI/EUP tester
The EUP/EUI repair tester consists of a mechanical cam box with specified EUP/EUI adapter kits and an electronic controller. The cam box will be installed on a standard high pressure pump test bench. The EUP/EUI being tested will be installed in the cam box with the adapter. The electronic controller provides signal to drive the EUP/EUI solenoid synchronous with cam shaft rotation. The EUP/EUI fuel outlet is connected through high pressure fuel line to an injector.
The EUP/EUI fuel injection quantities can be checked at given speeds and loads to judge its quality.
The repair tester is designed to perform repair tests for different type of Electronic Unit Injectors (EUI) and Electronic Unit Pumps (EUP).The tester consists of a mechanical cam box with specified EUI/EUP adapter kits and an electronic controller, The cam box will be driven by a standard high pressure fuel injection pump test bench.
Design Features
l One cambox for all major EUI/EUP models with corresponding adapters and camshaft
l Cambox mounting height 125mm (from the center of camshaft to bench mounting platform) for Bosch type pump test bench
l Controller is designed for three kinds of drive mode:
n Low voltage for most battery voltage driven EUI/EUP
n High voltage for Cat EUI
n Cumming Celect EUI..
l Adjustable Begin of Injection (BOI) in Crank Angle Degrees
l Adjustable Injection Period (PW) in Crank Angle Degrees
l Engine standard cam lobe designs:
n Four levels of cam lift
n Constant velocity cam lobe to generate higher injection pressure, 3 times higher than cheap eccentric cams
