What is the meaning of PHOTOELECTRIC sensor?
For PHOTOELECTRIC sensor, it's mean that the backlight brightness is automatically adjusted by the sensor
Warning status:
It is mentioned in the instruction:
High pressure/low pressure…warning Receiver …will display,
warning sound will remind and LED red indicate light will blink. Press key can
turn off warning sound, but LED red indicate light still blink until all tires'
Actually both, sound and LEW indicates for couple seconds only (see video 2).
Why?
this is my firmware set it from last year, but our menu don't change it.
the LED and buzz will work when display only get warning signal
the buzz will cancel when we click "Return" button, but the led will continue blink when display get warning signals
- Settings:
- You have send me sensors, that have been paired with monitor already (13 pcs). So I can immediately install all sensors at once to the wheels according with its numbers/position, turn on the monitor and system should works in couple of minutes, is it right?
turn on display, then wake up any sensor, if the display is warning, it's mean be paired, but if haven't, please set the tire position then pair all sensor to display again
How did you write sensor's ID to the monitor?
Long press "Model" button, then goes into P1, then Click "SET", will goes into P2, then Click "OK", then Click "OK", The FL tire will go into the status of ID learning waiting, then wake up the firs sensor. please check the video1
But if you had installed all sensor to tire, please use the wake up tool near the position of sensor, I suggest you do it in office

- If there is no any sensor in monitor memory, may I install all the sensors at once, and only after that turn on and proceed monitor settings?
I suggest you register all sensor to display in office at first, then install sensor again, it's easy in office via wake up tool, but if you had installed, you can operate id learn again
How can I do presetting (pair sensor and monitor) in advance by myself?----> please check the video1 and 2
- To make pressings in advance (to pair sensor and monitor before installation to wheel how can I find out sensor ID number?

at first, you can send the command: 55 aa 0a 15 00 00 00 00 00 E0
display will feedback: 55 aa 0a 15 00 00 00 00 00 E0
then will send all sensor's ID:
55 aa 0a 15 Tire toal number tire number ID1 ID2 ID3 CSUM
please check the protocol of td18, only TD18 has the funtion, TD21 and TD20 hasn't the check id fuction
At Protocol description it is mentioned: "The host computer(or GPS) … can write sensor ID in the monitor via the command (not applicable to the trailer). Of course, you need to know in advance the sensor ID number, you can know the id via TPMS tool(LF wake up tool, if you need, you can buy it from factory)"
Does that I can read sensor's ID, assign wheel number and write sensor's ID to the monitor in advance using PC?
-----> yes, you can read the id via wake up tool at first, then write the id to td18 display.
PC send: 55 aa 0a 14 Tire position(0x01-0x2e) ID1 ID2 ID3 00 CSUM
If it is succesful, will feedback : 55 aa 0a 14 00 00 00 00 00 e1
- When does sensor wake up without hand tool? Under air pressure (what is minimum?) or when tire starts rotation?
if you haven't the tool have to do it like this:
A, external sensor:
when the display is in the status of id learning wait, you can remove or install the sensor again from valve
B, internal sensor:
when the display is in the status of id learning wait, you can inflate or deflate the tire continuously, and keeping 6 to 10s
7). how to use trailer exchanger in td18?
A. if you use trailer exchange function in td18, please save the id of tralier sensor to RP05.
The first, learn truck sensor ID in display from 1 to 6 or 1 to 10 in P2
Second, goes into P6, click OK, then give power to rp05, RP05 ID will be saved in td18, then power off for td18
The Third, Power on td18, repeater on will flashing, then click OK, so td18 will connect with rp05
The fourth, goes into P2, Click set to the first trailer tire, then Click OK, then wake up sensor by tool, the first sensor id will
be learnd into rp05
B. but please set the tire position in P1 before you learn sensor ID to RP05
8).For TPMS product do you already have experience in Mining fleet such as Komatsu HD785-7?, can you share the data if available?
----> yes, we have. we ever install my tpms is Mengulia mining fleet, use 6pcs t03w sensor +1pcs Repeater+1pc display in 1pcs truck.
9). I see in your manual instruction the external sensor (Valve Cap) is T04W while the one you send us is T03W, is the installation the same?
----> yes, the method of T04W installation is same to T03W, But t04w is suitable 8v1 valve, and will use a screw to fix the sensor in valve. But t03w hasn't the screw
