Description
Rubber Buffing Solution is used to clean and buff the tyre before any repair work is carried out.
Delivery lead time: 30 days after deposit receipt.
Direction
1. Locate area to be repaired in tire or on inner-tube.
2. Apply PRE-BUFF RUBBER CLEANER to area to be buffed.
3. Scrape clean with an inner liner scraper, removing all fluid, contaminants, and mold lubricants.
4. For tubes, use a manual buffer only to texturize repair area. For tires, use a mechanical buffer to buff repair area to a "velvet-like" buffed texture. DO NOT reapply PRE-BUFF RUBBER CLEANER after buffing.
5. Proceed with repair following industry recommended tire repair procedures.
