A: Car Battery charge and Toroidal Transformer.
Q04: Could you provide samples?
A: Of Course, we are honored to provide samples to you for testing. They will be in 5 days.
Q05: How about the product color?
A: Normally, the basic color is Black. But we can accept specific color as your requirement
if the quantities is more than 1000pcs.
Q06: What's your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery.
Q07: What's your MOQ?
A: Usually the MOQ is 1000pcs. If the order is less than 1000pcs, we need to check and reply you.
Q08: How can you gurantee the quality of bulk products?
A: Normally the warranty is 2 years for our car battery charger.
We have strict inspection for our bulk from raw material to ready goods.
Every step will by inspected by our QC team.
Q09: How long is you delivery time?
A: Usually, the leadtime is 25-35 days. The specific delivery time will be according to
the product and quantities.
Q10: What's your shipment ?
A: Samples will be by EMS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS or others.
Bulk will be by sea, air or as your requirements.
