NL series reducer is a special gear box matched with plastic rubber kneader. The main transmission parts are made of high-strength alloy steel. The gears are processed by carburizing, quenching, grinding and shot blasting. The gear accuracy is (GB/T l0095-2008) grade 6. The front section of the hollow output shaft is equipped with an oversized thrust bearing, which is subject to the working recoil of the screw. The whole machine has the characteristics of small size, high bearing capacity, stable transmission, low noise and high efficiency.
