NMRV+NMRV High Torque Double Worm Reduction Gearbox

• The RV double reduction worm gearbox is various combinations of  NMRV and NMRV gearbox that can be equipped with various input and output forms and is also available to customize according to the actual installation requirements like the flange installation size, the length or size of the output shaft and other specifications. Double worm gear reducer can increase torque more through two worm gears. Double worm reduction gearbox has the characteristics of transmission balance, low-temperature rise, low noise, high efficiency, and long service life due to the precision machining of the worm gear and strict gear transmission test.

 Housing: aluminum alloy (base: 025-090) cast iron (base: 110-150);
 Worm shaft: 20CrMnTi, carburized and quenched, tooth surface hardness 56-62hrc, maintain carburized layer thickness of 0.3- 0.5mm after fine grinding;
 Worm wheel: wear-resistant tin bronze;
