Product description
1 Steel materials: mixing drum body and spiral vanes are made with special fine grain wear-resisting steel plate which has great hard wearing quality.
2 Manufacturing craft: the drum bodies are welded using auto-welding system in weld outfit. To ensure welding quality we perform flaw detection of all the welding joints. With shot-blast cleaning and baking finish workmanship, the truck has characteristics such as reliable operation and long service life.
3 Feeding and discharging: adopt big diameter feeding hopper, avoiding materials overflow when feeding; movable discharge chute increase discharging scope. Hard wearing plate is equipped on surface of the feeding hopper and discharge chute to increase their service life.
