Before production process
* Raw material selection
1) We purchase virgin material only from PetroChina, Sinopec, and similar level suppliers, so raw material quality is guaranteed from the source. We also have a fixed and reliable source for recycled material.
2) Raw material would be inspected strictly before entering the factory by our own laboratory. We have all sets of test equipment and technologist to support it.

 After production process
* Five strict quality testing procedures: appearance view; specification measurement;
weight measurement; load capacity test; impact resistance test and so on.
We list the concrete content of each test procedures,

1) Appearance view:
surface shall be level and smooth; no cracking and deformation; of unified hue; no clear color deviation for the same batch of cargo; non-slip mat should be assembled; reinforced steel tubes shine and smooth.
2) Specification measurement: +3/-6 mm allowance
3)  Weight measurement:  ± 0.5KG
4)  Load capacity test: including static load test, dynamic load test, and rack load test, at least 48 hours.
5) Impact resistance test: Angle dropped down at least 3 times from the shelf.

Q: How can I choose a suitable plastic pallet?
A: It depends on 3 main factors:
a.The design of the pallet, we have 3-runners bottom type, full perimeter bottom type, double-faced bottom type, and 9-feet bottom
type.
b. The material of the pallet, normally it is PP or HDPE.
c. The method of production, generally is injection molding and blowing molding.
Just tell us your needs and requirements, we will select the right pallet for you.
