We are the first manufacturer of the mobile stage truck in China with the Japan technology.
1. Semi trailer chassis: 50# welded type traction pin, two 13T FUWA axles, nine 10.00R20 steel wire tires, four landing gears which are mechanical single acting.
2. Stage body: Outside plate is the flat aluminum alloy plate, inside plate is the 9mm plywood which is made of birch core, the middle is steel frame, and the floor is 18mm birch core plywood + 3.0mm PVC floor.
3. The stage: Unfolded by the hydraulic control system, using the hydraulic and mechanical linkage to support, the stage floor uses the 12mm birch core plywood + 3.0mm PVC floor, configuring the 600mm stainless steel plug in guard rail with two stage stair passages which material is steel frame+ aluminium checker board tread+ stainless steel handrail.
4. Front part and rear part: The front part install the LED panel frame, the LED panel is lifted 1700mm by the hydraulic control system. Behind the LED panel is the AV control room. Between the AV room and the stage is a single swinging door.
