The vibratory polishing deburring bowl is capable of using a wide variety of medias and compounds to attain the desired finishing effect. 

This machine is suitable for small-size to medium-size workpiece in surface polishing, deburring, chamfering and removing.

Such treatments will not destroy workpiece's original shape and dimensional accuracy but improve a more smooth and bright surface. 

Automatic Discharge Section
This vibratory polishing machine has a separating section that allows 100% workpiece and media separation. When polishing process is accomplished, reverse the rotating direction of motor, and the contents in the bowl will move in the opposite direction. By this design, the contents climb to the screen system while media will drop through the screen holes back to the bowl, leaving the polishing workpiece automatically discharged. 

Basic Configurations & Features
1. The container lining is made of polyurethane material (PU) which can reduce the damage of machine and workpiece and effectively prolong machine's service life. 
2. This machine is easy to operate and you can check workpiece's polishing condition in the working process at any moment. 
3. The hole size of screen can be customized to suit the media and workpiece.

1. PLC Controls: by setting the working time and parameters to realize automation and unmanned operation. 
2. Adjustable amplitude: apply to polish and finish different size and shape workpiece.

The polishing media will drop through the screen hole leaving the workparts discharged automatically. WIth the separator, the vibratory bowl achieves higher automation and greatly increase the working efficiency.
