Machine Application
The solid-state ultra-audio frequency induction heating equipment for copper tube annealing is mainly used to heat the whole copper tube to meet the temperature requirement during annealing treatment. it adopts the heating method that the copper tube moves along the axial direction through the induction heating coil. After induction heating, the copper tube reaches the annealing temperature to meet the requirements of annealing process.
Output Control and Protection Function
- The thyristor phase control is used as the rectifier circuit, and the IGBT frequency locking control is used as the inverter circuit.
- Output power adjustment: 1.3% ~ 100%.
- The double closed-loop PI regulation of voltage and current can realize constant power control to a certain extent and ensure the consistency of workpiece heating.
- The equipment has power protection function such as power loss phase, low incoming voltage and so on.
- The equipment has over current, overvoltage and other circuit protection functions.
- Equipment has frequency out of limit, frequency loss lock and other frequency protection functions.
- The equipment has the function of water pressure protection, such as water pressure and water temperature.
