 Dongguan Mingyi Hardware Products Co., Ltd. is a factory that professionally design and produce Magnesium, Aluminum, Zinc alloy die casting, gravity casting, stamping, aluminum profiles, and CNC machining. It provides all-round production services from the design and development of mould to the forming and post-processing of casting products and surface treatment. The products are mainly used on 3C industry, lighting decoration, electrical appliances, auto parts, furniture parts, electric tool, medical equipment, intelligent automation equipment and so on. It is exported to Europe, America and Southeast Asia.
The company was founded in 2010, has 10 years experience about development and manufacture management. It has more than two dozen patented technologies (including two invention patents) and was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise in December 2017. We have obtained ISO9001: 2015 Certificate in May 7th 2012. It has faith: Customer-oriented, improving service and reducing the cost continually by the means of technology and management innovation. Regardless of the size of customers, the company will continue to provide customers with accurate and perfect casting and CNC Machining process solutions, but also to undertake OEM, ODM cooperation.
Our company′s production workshop consists of mould department, casting department, processing department, CNC department, paint department, etc. It has 12 professional die design engineers, senior mould making technicians, die-casting engineers, and CNC programmers. There are 8 students with bachelor degree or above and 10 students with junior college degree. The quantity of production workers can be reach to two hundred.
The company equipment is advanced, and some kinds of the equipment are complete. Mold department is equipped with computer gong(CNC), carved machine(CNC), the lathe, the drilling machine, the spark machine and other kinds of machines. The die casting department has eight coldly and hot cell die-casting machines. Respectively are One 800 ton, One 700 ton, One 500 ton, One 300 ton, Two 280 ton, Two 160 ton. Magnesium alloy, Aluminum alloy and Zinc alloy can be produced. CNC department has 10 CNC machining centers, and 4 CNC lathes. The post-processing department has sets of equipment complete, such as the drilling machine, the tapping machine, the cluster drilling machine, buffing machine, sand slinger, rolling machine, drawing machine, grinder, punch press, baking varnish and so on. The paint baking Department has passivation treatment production line, automatic paint baking line, spray cabinet, bread oven and other complete sets of equipment. Quality Control Department is equipped with three-dimensional measuring instrument(CMM), salt spray testing machine, vacuum measuring instrument, balance measuring instrument, and more than 100 other gauge instruments.
