Most of our carbon parts are producing in a dry Lay-up vacuum infusion process, this allows less resin to be used in between the carbons fibers, it achieve lighter weight then the traditional hand lay-up FRP+ carbon process. In addition, we are starting machine hot press process in these two years, this process creating a dramatic weight advantage and great rigidity. It greatly reduces bubbles problem at the surface and gain lightest weight of carbon products.
Besides carbon parts, we also have plastic parts for Germany car model, they are in injecting and blow molding process, come with matt or gloss black, water transfer carbon surface, Perfect fitment and paint will help you gain more market.
