In 1987, in a small village, Mr. Wenguang Song created a small workshop for recapping tires that would later grow to be our factory. Mr. Song was village Chairman in the 1980′s, and dreamt of giving more opportunity to all poor local families. Inspired, Mr. Song founded the factory with the support of several partners. Under his leadership, the factory became well-known and from 2003, with a project to produce steel radial truck tires, much larger.
